高职院校酒店管理专业实习效果探究

摘　　要：酒店实习是酒店管理专业学习内容中不可或缺的重要环节,在提高学生综合能力中扮演着重要角色。当前我国绝大多数酒店管理专业学生实习是由学校统一安排,实习过程中存在的问题表现为:学生角色转换不及时,学生与酒店在需求上存在矛盾,学生实习待遇问题突出。提升酒店管理专业实习效果的措施为:学生做好实习心理准备,酒店强化对实习生的培训,建立公平的绩效考核制度。Hotel practice is an indispensable link in hotel management professional teaching and learning,and plays an important role in improving students＇ comprehensive ability.In current China,most students of hotel management course practice is arranged by their colleges,the existing problems in the practice is shown as：conversion of students＇ role is not timely;contradiction exists between the students and the hotel in demand;disagreement of treatment of students＇ practice.Measures for improving the effect of practice can be found as below：full psychological preparation of students＇ practice;strengthening the training of interns of the hotel;establishing fair appraisal system of performance.
