摘　　要：针对经管类应用人才在培养上所存在的问题,提出具有鲜明特色的"立体三维互动,准企业文化渗透"的教学模式,以此对学生进行了两个关键性能力的培养,一是综合运用专业知识的能力;二是通过纵向和横向的准企业文化的传承,培养学生适应社会、胜任工作的综合能力。为经管类实验实践教学提供示范性的教学模式。Aiming at the problems of economics and management applications talents in cultivate,propose distinctive characteristics of stereoscopic three-dimension interactive,quasi-enterprise cultural infiltration teaching mode,two key abilities training for students,First,a comprehensive ability to use professional knowledge; Second is training students adapt society and competent work ability through vertical and horizontal quasi-enterprise culture inherit. Experimental practice teaching economics and management to provide exemplary teaching mode.
