摘　　要：随着高等院校实验室建设投资力度的逐渐增大,高校实验室无论在硬件还是软件设施建设上都得到了长足的发展,如何加强高等学校实验室建设与管理成为了亟待解决的问题。主要讨论了实验室在高等院校教学及科研体系中的地位及作用、实验技术队伍建设、校内及校际间的资源共享、建立科学有效的评估机制等方面问题。With the gradual increase of investment in the construction of college laboratories,university laboratories both in hardware and software facilities have been considerable development,how to strengthen the construction and management of colleges and universities laboratory became a serious problem. This paper discusses the status and role of resource sharing laboratory teaching and research in higher education system in the experimental team building,school and interschool resource share,establish a scientific and effective evaluation mechanisms and other issues.
