摘　　要：随着十一五、十二五建设,国家和地方对教育大笔资金的投入,各高校的教学、科研仪器设备不断增加。通过对仪器设备管理目前存在的资产管理意识不够、利用率低;维修、维护难;设备管理人员队伍业务水平参差不齐等问题进行分析,探讨科学、合理的仪器设备管理对策。利用建立仪器设备共享平台,合理利用维修基金,加强仪器设备管理人员队伍建设等方法提高仪器设备利用率。仪器设备管理是高校建设和发展的一部分,管理好仪器设备,提高仪器设备的利用率才能为高校的教学、科研更好地服务。As the 11 th five-year plan, five-year construction, national and local education spending large sums of money, the universities teaching, scientific research equipment increased . Through to the currently existing in the management of instruments and equipment asset management awareness, utilization rate is low; It is difficult to repair, maintenance; Equipment management team is uneven problems were analyzed, and the scientific and reasonable equipment management measures are dis- cussed. Use of established instruments and equipment sharing platform, the reasonable use of mainte- nance funds, strengthening equipment management personnel team construction and other methods to improve equipment utilization. Equipment management is a part of the college construction and devel- opment, good management of instruments and equipment, improve the utilization rate of instruments and equipment for teaching, scientific research and better service.
