摘 要:实验教师是高校从事实践教学、科学研究与培养创新型人才的重要力量。实验教师科研能力的强弱直接关系到高校教学、科研的整体水平,也直接影响创新型高素质人才的培养质量。因而,提高实验教师的科研水平具有十分重要的意义。高校应建立相应的实验教师培养、激励机制,采取多种措施提高实验教师的科研水平,促进他们以科研带动实验教学的能力和水平的不断提升,更好地服务于高校科技创新与人才培养大局。Experimental teacher is an important force which engaged in practical teaching,scientific research and cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities. The strength of the experimental teacher research ability is directly related to the teaching and overall level of scientific research in universities,but also directly affects the quality of innovative high-quality talent. Therefore,colleges and universities should establish corresponding experimental teachers training,incentive mechanism,take various effective measures to improve the teachers' scientific research level,to promote their ability to drive the experimental teaching research of continuous improvement,to better serve the scientific and technological innovation and personnel training.
