职业院校更应重视学生的职业道德养成教育

摘　　要：伴随着我国社会改革进程的深入和发展,职业教育也面临着重大的改革任务,在做好以往职业技术教育的同时,如何加强职业院校学生职业道德养成教育已经上升到议事日程当中。重视职业院校学生职业道德养成已成为促进职业教育可持续性发展的要件之一,是职业教育的历史重任,认识职业道德养成教育与职业技术教育的统一性,在职业实践中培养训练学生良好的职业道德行为习惯都显得极为重要。With the deepening and development of China＇s social reform, vocational education is also facing major reform tasks.Under the premise of well implementing the traditional vocational and technical education, how to strengthen the professional ethics development education of vocational college students has been included in the current agenda. Attaching importance to the professional ethics development education of vocational college students has become one of the elements to promote the sustainable development of vocational education, as well as a historical responsibility of vocational education. It has become extremely important to recognize the unity of professional ethics development education and vocational and technical education, and train students＇ good professional ethics behaviors and habits in professional practice.
