摘　　要：职业核心能力已经成为企业选拔人才和考评员工的重要依据,是学生可持续发展的关键能力,是高职院校提高学生综合素质的重要途径。科学规划、充分利用社会实践活动提升高职学生的职业核心能力是高等职业教育的重要课题。Professional core competencies have become an im-portant basis for talent selection and staff appraisal in enterprises, key competencies for students＇ sustainable development, as well as an important approach to improve students＇ comprehensive quality in higher vocational colleges. To scientifically design and make full use of social practice to improve higher vocational stu-dents＇ professional core competencies, is an important topic for higher vocational education.
