摘　　要：地方院校要培养一批面向基层并具有可持续发展潜能的高层次应用型人才,培养目标的确定对地方院校学生素质提出了较高的要求。文章在对新时期社会对地方院校人才培养要求阐述的基础上,分析地方院校学生素质的现状,提出地方院校培养学生素质的几点建议。Local colleges and universities should cultivate high-level application-oriented talents that can face the grassroots and have the potential of sustainable development, which poses higher requirements on the qualities of college students. This paper, based on the requirements of the society for talents in the new period,analyses the current situation of local college students＇ qualities and puts forward several suggestions on the cultivation of the students＇ qualities.
