摘  要:大学生可雇佣性是我国大学生人才开发战略的新视野,是社会学习与个人素质相结合的综合表现。各国政府和高校也纷纷采取各种措施提高大学生的可雇佣性技能。运用概括性模型法,从劳动力市场、雇主、高校和学生四个角度,详细阐述国外研究者和机构对可雇佣性概念的界定及其技能的多维度模型分析,为进一步研究和完善我国大学生可雇佣性相关理论提供参考,并提出研究和探讨方向。College students employability is a new vision of talent development strategy in our country and the comprehensive expression of social learning and personal qualities combined. Governments and universities have also taken various measures to improve college students' employability skills. Through the general model method, based on the four angles: the labor market, employers, colleges and students, this paper launched a detailed analysis of the employability concept defined by foreign scholars and institutions and the multi-dimension model, providing reference for further studying and improving our college students' employability and putting forward the direction of research and discussion.
