摘 要:中医师承制度是当前中医教育研究的热点,对中医师承与临床心理督导的异同进行了对比,认为二者在教学形式、过程、地位等方面均十分相似,但临床心理督导却实现了制度化与规范化,因此提出中医师承教育可以借鉴临床心理督导发展的经验。最后提出四点启示:应尊重师承教育在中医人才培养中的基础地位;应建设制度化、系统化的中医师承体系;应重视民间中医力量在中医师承教育中的引入;应推动中医师承由精英化向制度化转变;借鉴临床心理督导的研究方法,推动中医师承教育理论的研究。Master-disciple of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) was a hot word in the field of TCM education. This article discussed the similarities and differences between clinical supervision of psychotherapy and master-disciple of TCM. We suggested that some factors, such as the model, procession, and role it played in education were similar with each other. However, the institutionalization and standardization have came into being in clinical supervision of psychotherapy, but not the master-disciple of TCM. Therefore, this article pointed that the education of master-disciple of TCM could take example from the development of clinical supervision of psychotherapy. At last, the article put forward four enlightenment: respect the basic situation of master-disciple of TCM, build a systematic education model, put more attention to the strength of practiced traditional doctor out of institutions, turn the educational model of master-disciple of TCM from elite to institutionalization, put the theory research of master-disciple of TCM forward by the research method that used in the clinical supervision of psychotherapy.
