摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训制度及模式已在全国范围内被逐步深入推进,但尚未建立护士规范化培训制度,为确保护士毕业后培训的规范化和系统性,建议借鉴我国住院医师规范化培训的经验,在充分整合卫生行政机构、医院、护理院校等各方力量的基础上,建立我国护士毕业后规范化培训与管理体系。The standardized resident training system and mode has been deepened in the scope of our country, but nurse standardized training system has not yet been established. In order to ensure the standarzation and systematicness of nurse training after graduation, we should learn from the expericence of the standardized resident training in our country and establish nurse standardized training after graduation and management system based on full integration of the strengths from health administration institutions, hospitals, and nursing colleges.
