摘　　要：Ras鸟苷酸释放蛋白家族(Ras guanyl nucleotide releasing proteins,Ras GRPs)是鸟嘌呤核苷酸交换因子(guanine nucleotide exchange factors,GEFs)中的一员,由4种类型的蛋白质组成。Ras GRPs能通过交换鸟嘌呤核苷酸将Ras蛋白从无活性的GDP形式变成有活性的GTP形式,从而活化Ras。4种不同类型的Ras GRP蛋白拥有共同的分子结构。其结构包括一个由Ras交换中心和CDC25区域组成的催化中心,同时还拥有一对非典型的EF臂及C1端。异常表达的不同Ras GRP蛋白在不同的疾病发病过程中发挥作用。Ras guanyl nucleotide releasing proteins（ Ras GRPs） were one of guanine nucleotide exchange factors. They consist of four types of proteins. Ras GRPs can activate Ras from GDP form to GTP form through the exchange of guanine nucleotide. Four different types of Ras GRP proteins share a common molecular structure. The structure consists of a catalytic center including Ras exchange centers and CDC25 region. They also have a pair of atypical EF arms and C1 side. The abnormal expressions of different Ras GRP proteins play a role in different diseases.
