摘 要:为了充分利用毛竹加工过程中产生的废弃物,在栽培基质中添加不同比例的毛竹加工废弃物,开展黑木耳出耳试验,并与对照进行子实体产量和营养成分含量的比较。结果表明,添加27%的毛竹加工废弃物,黑木耳产量、子实体粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量与对照相比无明显差异,粗多糖、粗纤维含量则显著或极显著高于对照。试验证明利用毛竹加工废弃物部分替代阔叶树木屑栽培黑木耳可行。Different proportions of waste of Phyllostachys edulis processing were used as substrate in Auricularia auricula-judae cultivation. The yield and nutritional component content of fruitbody of A. auricula-judae of different treatment were compared with that of control. The results showed that the yield, crude protein and crude fat content of fruit body in the formulae with27% waste of Phyllostachys edulis processing had no remarkable difference with that of control, and crude polysaccharide and crude fiber content of fruit body of the formulae with 27% waste of Phyllostachys edulis processing had significantly or highly significantly difference with that of control. In A. auricula-judae cultivation, using waste of Phyllostachys edulis processing as substrate was feasible.
