普通地方高校海外留学生教育发展的探索

摘　　要：随着经济全球化的发展,教育的国际化趋势日益明显。普通地方高校在海外留学生教育方面,存在发展目标不清、缺乏明确定位、学科优势不明显、地域优势不足、硬件条件受限等问题。地方高校应拓宽思路,制定合理的发展规划;质量为先,开创新的特色学科;保障先行,积极开拓市场;加强师资建设,完善制度和管理模式。With the development of economic globalization, the international trend of education has become increasingly evident. Faced with the education of overseas students in local general universities, there are following problems： unclear development goals, lack of clear positioning, unapparent academic strengths, lack of geographical advantages and limited hardware conditions. The local gener- al universities should widen the thought, make the reasonable development plan, focus on quality, create the new characteristic aca- demic; guarantee first, explore the new market; strengthen faculty and improve the system and management model.
