摘　　要：以现代工程师核心能力培养为宗旨,面向规模化工程训练实践教学,构建"一体两线三平台"模式的校企合作机制。建设校企技术合作平台,整合企业技术资源,建设项目库、案例库,并应用于实践教学;确立配套教学改革方案,实施"三段式"实践教学模式,开展实战项目训练,显著提升学生的工程能力。Targeted for cultivation of core competencies of modem engineering talents, to serve scale engineering practical training, a novel industry-university collaboration mechanism, namely “one body, two lines, three platforms”, should be framed. It is important to buiki industry-university technology collaboration platforms, refine industrial technology resources to construct the project data- base and the case database, and apply them in practical teaching. Correspondent teaching reform schemes should also be worked out to carry out the so-called “three stages” practical teaching model, to motivate competitive project-based learning, which could markedly enhance students＇ engineering capabilities.
