摘　　要：高职院校的办学定位是培养高素质技能型专门人才,而职业技能大赛是检验高职院校的教学成果、管理水平和办学实力的过程和体现。本文从参加职业技能大赛的实践出发,分析职业技能大赛对于高职院校人才培养的促进作用及启示。The purpose of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high-quality skilled talents, and professional skill competitions are to test and reflect the process of achievements , managements and strength of colleges. This paper, starting from the practice of professional skill competitions, will analyze the effect and revelation of competitions to talents cultivating at higher vocational colleges.
