转型中新建本科院校的“错位化”应用型人才培养方案探析——以三明学院车辆工程专业为例

摘　　要：在产业结构调整和升级的大背景下,中国高校毕业生正面临着就业市场需求结构性矛盾的严重问题。转型是新建本科院校的必然要求,"错位化"人才培养的目标是丰富新建本科院校内涵建设,培养能够快速融入地区产业升级的高级应用型人才。对比分析闽台典型高校课程体系,从第二课堂、闽台合作办学以及产学研联合等方面,探讨"错位化"人才培养的方法和实践,为新建本科院校转型提供一定的参考。Chinese college graduates are facing a serious problem on structural contradiction of employment market demand. Transformation is an inevitable requirement of newly established undergraduate colleges. The goal of personnel training of dislocation is to enrich the connotation construction for newly established undergraduate colleges and to cultivate applied senior talents who can be quickly integrated into the upgrading regional industry. This paper focuses on comparison and analysis of typical university curriculum system between Fujian and Taiwan province, from the second class, cooperative education among universities in Fujian and Taiwan, production - study - research collaboration and other aspects. And it discusses the method and practice on personnel training of dislo- cation, which provides a reference for newly established undergraduate colleges in transition.
