摘　　要：本文针对企业薪酬管理系统进行分析和设计,基本实现了员工基本信息管理、部门信息管理、考勤管理、工资计发以及工资信息统计等主要功能,有助于提高公司薪酬管理工作的效率、解决薪酬管理中的问题,对公司减少人员流失、降低运营成本、提高竞争力起到了一定作用。This system is designed to realizes the main function of basic staff information management, department management,attendance management,wage calculation and payment,wage information statistics and other features that help improve the company＇s compensation management efficiency,resolve problems in the management of compensation and also plays a certain role in reducing staff turnover and reducing operational costs,and improving the competitiveness of the company.
