中日高职院校评估制度比较研究

摘　　要：为了提高办学质量,近年来我国和日本的高职院校都在开展评估。但由于两国高等职业教育制度的差异,评估制度也存在明显区别。对于我国来说,应当进一步加强高职院校在评估中的自主性,充实评估的内容,并参考日本的"相关人员评估"和"第三方评估"制度,进一步完善我国的高职院校评估制度,以提高评估的实效。In recent years, in order to improve the quality of higher vocational colleges, China and Japan are carrying out assessment in higher vocational colleges. However, because of the differences of higher occupation education systems of the two countries, assessment systems also have obvious differences. For our country, we should strengthen the autonomy of higher vocational colleges,enrich the content of the evaluation, and refer to the Japanese ＂related personnel assessment system＂ and ＂third party assessment system＂, to further improve our evaluation system in higher vocational colleges, and improve the efficiency of assessment.
