摘　　要：国家社会经济发展和构建现代职业教育体系对高端技能型人才的培养提出了迫切的要求。本文在广泛调研、分析的基础上,确定了四年制高职的人才培养目标和课程体系,以本科与高职院校联合培养应用型、高端技能型人才试点班为契机,对组织保证、学业导师、教学管理和监督等创新性教学管理模式进行了有益的尝试,将人才培养方案转化成培养成果,为高层次职业教育开创了先河。the social and economic development of the state and the construction of modern vocational education system impose urgent requirements for cultivating the high-end skilled personnel.This paper defines the objectives and curricular of cultivating four-year higher vocational personnel through comprehensive investigation and research.It takes the opportunities of jointly cultivating practical and high-end skilled personnel by universities and higher vocational colleges to make rewarding attempts in organizational guarantee,academic advisor,teaching management,supervision and other innovative teaching management patterns and converts the personnel training program to the training results and creates the precedent for higher vocational education.
