摘　　要：医学英语课程教材的现状不适应大学英语教学改革的新形势,不能满足医学生专业学习和工作的语言需求。本文在明确医学英语课程定位的基础上,分析医学英语教材现状,尝试建立医学英语语料库,通过语料库语境检索、语料库频率和主题词等功能,提高医学英语教材开发效率,增强其科学性、针对性和适用性,为学生创设多元、个性、自主、协作的医学英语学习环境。Medical English curriculum present situation not adapt to the new situation of College English teaching reform, can＇t meet the demand of medical students professional working learning and language. Medical English course clearly positioning is presented in this paper, on the basis of the analysis of current medical English teaching materials, try to establish medical English corpus, by corpus contextual retrieval, corpus, frequency and subject headings, and other functions, improve the efficiency of medical English teaching material development, enhance its scientific nature, pertinence and adaptability, for students to create multiple, independent personality, and col aboration of medical English learning environment.
