摘 要:人力资源管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,是企业激烈竞争中赖以生存和发展的基础,尤其是对中小企业来说更是如此。现代企业人力资源管理的职能主要有四个方面:进行招聘,录用、调配、晋级、升职各个岗位人员的工作和活动;考核和衡量员工的表现和业绩,并做出正确的评估;建立奖励激励制度并对优秀员工给予奖励;抓好各种培训,以提高员工素质与能力,使得他们更好地适应岗位、胜任职务。因此,中小企业急需加强人力资源管理,增强企业智力资本的优势,是增强企业竞争力的当务之急,是贯穿企业的生命主线。随着经济日益全球化和市场竞争的加剧,人力资源在企业管理中起着举足轻重的作用,尤其是对中小企业来说更是如此。中小企业在激烈的市场竞争中应针对其优势与劣势,合理地进行人力资源开发与管理。文章从通过对中小企业人力资源开发与管理的现实问题阐述和分析,进而提出了其相应的现实选择策略。Human resource management is an important part of enterprise management, is the enterprise in the fierce compe- tition on the basis of the survival and development, especially for small and medium - sized enterprises (sines) in particular.
