社会主义核心价值观视域下高职学生励志教育路径探索——以新疆轻工职业技术学院研究为例

摘　　要：融社会主义核心价值观于励志教育活动,是加强高职学生思想政治教育的有效途径。以新疆轻工职业技术学院高职学生为研究对象,采用调查法、访谈法和实践法相结合的方法,发现部分学生理想、人生目标尚不明确,面对学习、生活、择业、就业、创业的压力不知所措。针对调查发现的问题,进一步明确励志教育的重要意义,帮助学生在励志教育中培养积极健康的心态,正确对待挫折,学会激励,学会赏识、学会感恩,促进学生全面发展。Blending the core values of socialism with Inspiration education is the major content and efficient approach of strengthening the higher vocational college students＇ ideological education. This thesis is a case study of the inspiration education of the students from Xinjiang Institute of Light Industry Technology. By means of investigation, interviewing and practicing, the study shows that some students＇ ideals and briefs are not clear-cut, neither are their life goals. These students are at a loss when they are confronted with the tensions from learning, life, occupation selection, obtaining employment and entrepreneurship. Through analysis of the students＇ problems and their causes, we further find out the importance and function of the students＇ inspiration education, and try to assist the students in fostering their positive and healthy mentality, facing up to setbacks, self-appreciating, self-inspiring, being thankful, which is aimed at promoting the students＇ comprehensive developments.
