摘　　要：在药店零售技术专业课的教学中,运用"行为导向教学法",积极改变学生的学习行为,充分调动学生学习的主动性,培养并提高学生的多种能力,从而优化专业课的课堂教学,提高了教学效果。In the teaching of retail pharmacy skill course, the behavior-oriented teaching method was used to change students＇ learning behavior, mobilize students＇ enthusiasm, cultivate and improve students＇ multiple ability, therefore it optimizes the teaching of the professional course and promotes the steady improvement of teaehing quality.
