高校个性化创新创业人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：个性化创新创业人才培养模式是指以个性化教育为基本手段,以高素质创新创业人才培养为根本旨归的一种崭新的高等教育范型。国外发达国家非常重视高校创新创业教育,形成了创新创业课程模式、创新创业项目模式、高校科技园模式和导师制模式等卓有成效的创新创业人才培养模式。我国高校个性化创新创业人才培养必须注意树立个性化创新创业人才培养理念,构建层次多样的创新创业人才培养模式,建立基于个性化的创新创业教育体系,优化个性化的创新创业教学评价体系,完善个性化创新创业人才培养保障措施。the personalized mode of cultivating talents of innovation and entrepreneurship refers to a brand-new paradigm of higher education that takes the personalized education as the basic means and ways and high-quality innovative entrepreneurial personnel training as the ultimate aim. The developed countries attach great importance to the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and focus on cultivating the entrepreneurship of the students, so that some fruitful training modes have been formed such as the innovation and entrepreneurship course mode, the innovation and entrepreneurship program mode, the University Science Park mode and the tutorial system mode etc.. The mode of cultivating talents of innovation and entrepreneurship in our country must pay attention to setting up the personalized talent training concept, constructing the various level of talent training mode, building the education system of innovation and entrepreneurship based on individualization, optimize the personalized teaching evaluation system, and perfect the personalized training safeguard measures.
