摘　　要：天津滨海新区的建设正式纳入国家发展战略,开展毕业生继续教育的研究既符合终身教育的要求,也有助于满足滨海新区建设的人才需求。通过天津滨海新区继续教育需求调查与分析,提出了转变继续教育观念,树立终身学习理念;依托电大远程开放教育系统;建立毕业生继续教育服务基金;建立"毕业生继续教育网"等毕业生继续教育服务对策。The construction of Tianjin Binhai New Area has brought into the national development strategies ,the research on continuing education meets the lifelong education requirement and also helps to the talent demand on the construction of Binhai New Area ;Propose that changing the concept of con‐tinuing education ,and establish the concept of lifelong learning via surveys and analysis on the continu‐ing education demand of Tianjin Binhai New Area ;Rely on distance education system of the Open Uni‐versity;Establish the graduate continuing education service fund ;Establish the “Graduate Continuing Education Network” and other graduate continuing education countermeasures .
