摘 要:语言学习焦虑作为二外学习过程中普遍存在的现象之一,一直困扰着外语教育工作者与学习者。为缓解、克服英语学习焦虑,提高英语学习效果,本项研究将暗示教学法引入大学英语课堂。课堂教学中通过语言暗示、环境暗示、自我暗示等手段设法消除学生心中不利于语言学习的消极情绪——焦虑。实施前后,通过问卷和访谈了解学生的焦虑程度及对暗示法的接受程度,经分析,发现暗示法对于缓解学生的英语学习焦虑有一定的功效,能为英语教学服务。As a common phenomenon existing in foreign language learning process, language learning anxiety has troubled language teachers and students for a long period of time. To help ease even overcome learners' anxiety, the research put suggestopedia into practice. A lot of techniques have been applied in college English classroom teaching, such as language suggestion, environment suggestion and students' self-suggestion, aiming to overcome students' negative mood-anxiety. By comparing students' anxiety levels before and after the application of suggestopedia with the application of questionnaire and interview, a conclusion was drawn that suggestopedia can help to ease language learning anxiety and can be used to facilitate English teaching.
