摘  要:海马区齿状回颗粒下层是大脑神经元生成的主要区域,动物成年后神经干细胞仍不断的增殖和变异,形成新的神经元。成人海马神经元生成与空间意识、长期记忆、情感及情绪等功能相关。癌症治疗的目的是为了减少肿瘤细胞的分裂,然而,异常细胞分裂被中断的同时也抑制了成年神经干细胞的增殖和海马神经元的生成。癌症患者在治疗过程中常伴随着记忆功能的衰退及抑郁症状的出现。因此,本文主要综述癌症治疗对成人海马神经元生成的影响及与伴随出现的认知和情绪障碍间的潜在联系。The process of proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells is uniquely located in the subgranular zone of the dentate gyrus in the hippocampus. The new neuron generation is sustained throughout adulthood. Adult hippocampal neurogenesis(AHN) plays a major role in spatial awareness, long-term memory, emotionality and mood. The overall aim of current cancer treatment is to prevent aberrant cell division of cell populations associated with malignancy. However, an unintended consequence of cell division is the impairment of adult neural stem cell proliferation and AHN. Patients undergoing cancer treatment often display memory deficits as well as depressive symptoms. This review aims to discuss the effect of cancer treatment on AHN and the advent of cognitive and mood-based deficits.
