摘　　要：形态实验中心的未来发展必须拥有高素质的实验技术人员,通过对形态实验中心师资队伍的分析,就学校发展的大环境下提出了5年总体规划目标及具体的推进措施,最后制定每年的发展目标。The development of morphology experiment center must have a high-quality experimental technical personnel, through the analysis of morphology experiment center faculty, the title put forward the environment of 5 years planning goal and advance measures under the school development, finally formulate the development goals of each year.
