摘  要:医学教育的校院合作是指医学院校或含有医学教育的综合性大学与医院之间的合作,是学校、医院在各自不同利益基础上寻求共同发展、谋求共同利益的一种组织形式。其具有全面合作、教学合作、研发合作、服务合作4种基本类型,利益多元化、合作交流多层面、运行保障制度化、资源共享动态化4个基本特征,以及集约管理、半集约管理、松散式管理3类管理机制。医院与综合性大学或医学院校只有密切合作医教协同,才能使双方在学科建设、特色技术、人才水平、管理水平、服务质量等方面得到进一步提高,达到互利、双赢的目的。The cooperation of medical education between school and hospital refers to the cooperation between medical colleges or com-prehensive universities with medical education and hospitals. It is an organizational form which adopted by the school and hospital to seek the common development and common interest based upon their respective interest. There are four basic types: comprehensive cooperation,teaching cooperation, research-development cooperation and service cooperation. Its basic characteristics include the diversity of interests,multiple levels of cooperation and exchange, systematic operation security, dynamic resource sharing basic characteristics. The manage-ment mechanisms include intensive management, semi intensive management and loose management. It is suggested that only the close cooperation between the hospitals and comprehensive universities or medical colleges can ensure the further elevation of the both sides in terms of discipline construction, characteristic technology, talent level, management level and service quality in order to achieve the mu-tual benefit and win-win purpose.
