摘　　要：本文以脾胃病证为例,分别从概念、病因病机、诊断及鉴别诊断、临床诊治思维等方面谈谈如何将现代医学知识引入《中医内科学》教学中,从而加强学生对中医理论知识的理解与认识,并提高临床诊治疾病的能力。The article has taken spleen and stomach diseases for example, talked about introduction of modern medical knowledge into teaching process of Chinese internal medicine, respectively from the aspects such as concept, etiology and pathogenesis, diagnosis and dif-ferential diagnosis, clinical thinking of diagnosis and treatment, thus strengthened student student ＇s understanding of TCM theory knowledge and understanding, and improved the ability for clinical diagnosis and therapy.
