摘　　要：在研读、讲授以及与学生交流的基础上,从病证的分类与前言、病证的定义、现代中医研究成果的导入、非内服药物疗法、新增模块等方面对"十二五"规划教材《中医内科学(第2版)·脾胃肝胆系病证》的编写提出了一些意见和建议,如重视脏腑辨证在中医内科学中的重要作用,建议病证的定义采用"病机+主症"的形式,建议增加现代中医研究成果和非内服药物疗法的内容,建议参考各种病证的"诊疗指南"、"共识意见",建议病案内容格式规范化,不赞成插入《内科学》的相关内容。On the basis of study, teaching and communication with students put forward some opinions and suggestions on the edit of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine（2nd edition） ·spleen and stomach diseases, liver and gall diseases. Pay more attention to the important role of differentiation of Zang-fu viscera. Suggest the definition of the disease in the form of ＂ pathogenesis ＋ primary symptom＂. Increase the modern research of traditional Chinese medicine and non-pharmacologic therapy. Recommend to all kinds of the ＂ guidelines＂ and ＂ consensus＂. Suggest the medical record standardization. Delete the content of internal medicine.
