摘 要:绩效管理是将企业的战略目标分解到各个业务单元,并分解到每个人,通过对每个员工的绩效进行管理、改进和提高,从而提高企业整体的绩效管理,提升企业的生产力和价值,增强企业竞争优势。该文对国有企业的绩效管理进行深入浅出的研究分析,最后设计一套符合该企业绩效管理流程的信息系统。通过详细的研究和分析,设计系统总体架构、业务流程和功能架构,实现绩效计划、绩效辅导、绩效考核与绩效反馈的闭环管理。Performance Management disaggregates enterprise's strategic target to operating unit and employee。 Enterprises' management、productivity and value should be raised by improving employee's performance management. The company's competitive ability will be strengthened also for this. In the article, performance management of state-owned enterprise has been studied and analysed. A system of performance management has been designed according to the work flow of the company. At last,the design of framework, process and function will help to complete the four status, performance plan, performance guidance,performance appraisal, performance feedback by research and analysis.
