摘　　要：针对乳源降压肽的构效关系、应用现状等问题的最新研究进展进行综述,旨在为更好地利用乳源蛋白资源开发降血压功能食品提供一定的参考。In this paper, the structure-activity relationship of the milk-derived antihypertensive peptides, the latest research progress of current application and problems will be reviewed and it is going to provide a reference for better using the milk protein for developing the antihypertensive functional food.
