摘 要:目的了解北京市丰台区小学生饮食行为现状及其家庭影响因素,为开展学生营养改善工作和制定营养干预措施提供科学依据。方法采取典型抽样的方法,抽取丰台区4所小学一-六年级共2 668名学生及其家长进行营养相关问卷调查,分析小学生的饮食行为现状及其家庭因素影响。结果小学生每天吃早餐的比例为87.4%,早餐营养充足的占11.3%;经常吃零食、挑偏食、经常吃水果和经常吃西式快餐等饮食行为的比例分别为35.3%,75.0%,73.1%,3.9%。小学生的饮食行为与其性别、年级、母亲文化程度、家长营养知识水平及家长食物选择倾向有关(P值均〈0.05)。结论小学生饮食行为现状不容乐观。应广泛开展学校营养教育和学生饮食行为干预,促进学生良好饮食行为和健康生活方式的形成。Objective To analyze dietary behavior and the potential family influencing factors among students in primary schools in Fengtai District of Beijing in order to provide scientific basis for improving students' nutritional status and developing nutritional interventions.Methods A random cluster sampling method was performed to identify 2 668 students from grades 1 to 6.A questionnaire survey was conducted on dietary behavior and the potential family influencing factors.Results The primary school students who reported eating breakfast everyday accounted for 87.4%,and 11.3% of the breakfast were at nutritional quality level.The rate of frequent consumptions of snacks,monophagia,often eating fruits,often eating Western style fast food were 35.3%,75.0%,73.1%,7.73% and 3.9%.Conclusion Status of pupils' dietary behavior is not optimistic.We should carry out the school nutrition education and dietary behavior intervention of students,and promote students to form good dietary behavior and healthy way of life.
