摘 要:目的了解甘肃省农村留守儿童营养知识、态度及行为状况,为开展营养教育提供科学依据。方法随机整群抽取甘肃省皋兰、康乐、静宁、会宁和甘谷县小学四-六年级留守儿童共839名,对其进行营养知识、态度和行为的问卷调查。结果农村留守儿童对营养知识了解较少。性别、年级、是否寄宿、学习成绩是学生营养知识水平高低的影响因素,男生对营养知识的了解高于女生,年级越高者的营养知识得分越高,寄宿的留守儿童对营养知识的了解高于非寄宿学生,成绩较好的学生了解的营养知识相对较多(P值均〈0.05)。调查对象营养知识的获取来源主要是教师(52.1%)、家长(37.7%)和电视(34.9%)。留守儿童营养态度积极,82.2%的儿童表示有必要学习营养知识。36.3%的留守儿童不按时吃早餐,33.4%晚餐容易暴饮暴食,每天都吃奶制品和水果的儿童分别有63.3%,62.7%。结论留守儿童营养知识掌握程度较低,但有积极良好的态度。应采取多种方式,开展有效的营养教育,为良好饮食行为的形成提供支持。Objective To understand current status of nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice of left-behind children in rural areas of Gansu Province,and to provide scientific evidence for nutritional intervention.Methods Left-behind children were randomly selected by cluster sampling in grade 4- 6 from Gaolan,Kangle,Jingning,Huining and Gangu counties of Gansu Province and were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire on nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice.Results Left-behind children in rural areas lacked proper nutritional knowledge.Gender,grade,boarding at school,academic performance was factors related with nutritional knowledge.Boys' nutritional knowledge was higher than that of girls(P0.05); higher grade correlated with higher nutritional score(P〈0.05); boarding at school was related with more nutritional knowledge; children with better academic performance knew more nutritional knowledge(P〈0.05).Most students obtained nutritional information from teachers,parents and television.Left-behind children had positive attitudes to nutrition.More than 70% children considered it necessary to learn nutritional knowledge.Nearly 40% left-behind children didn' t eat breakfast on time; more than 30% ate too much for supper,more than 60% consumed milk and fruit everyday.Conclusion Left-behind children lack nutritional knowledge.Effective nutrition education which aims to promote the general nutritional literacy and health of this population is in urgent need.
