摘  要:目的探讨拓展训练对中学生心理健康水平和社会适应能力的影响,为提高中学生心理健康水平及社会适应能力提供参考依据。方法以整群随机抽样方法,选择珠海市某中学初二年级2个班120名学生为拓展训练组,同时选择该中学初二其余班级所有学生共539名为对照组。拓展训练组除了补充20次拓展训练外,其他学习安排均同于对照组。在训练前1周及完成训练后1周,均采用"中学生心理健康自我检测量表"及"中学生社会适应性量表"对两组中学生进行测评。结果开展拓展训练前,两组中学生在心理健康水平和社会适应能力上的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。拓展训练后,拓展训练组在中学生心理健康自我检测量表偏执[(1.80±0.73)vs.(1.98±0.72)]、适应不良[(1.70±0.66)vs.(1.94±0.66)]、情绪不平衡[(1.93±0.67)vs.(2.15±0.71)]分量表的得分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为1.99,2.84,2.11,P值均<0.05);拓展训练组在中学生社会适应性量表人际关系[(104.80±13.23)vs.(96.98±15.50)]、行为规范[(83.94±15.49)vs.(78.84±13.05)]、环境适应[(73.48±13.19)vs.(69.00±12.23)]、心理资源[(81.72±19.11)vs.(77.13±16.63)]分量表的得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为3.19,2.48,2.18,2.06,P值均<0.05)。结论拓展训练可以改善中学生心理健康水平及社会适应能力。Objective To study the impact on junior middle school students' psychological health and social adaptability by introducing outward training( Adventure Based Counseling training) in complementary to daily school routine. Methods A total of 659 junior second students from one of the junior middle school in Zhuhai city were divided into experimental group( including120 students from two classes) and control group( including 539 students from the remaining five classes) by sampling of convenience. The two groups were having the same school routine except a bi-weekly Adventure Based Counseling training was given to them throughout their whole junior second studying period. By using the self admitted psychological health inventory of middleschool students and the middle school student's social adaptation scale as tools to evaluate the impact on psychological health and social adaptability between the two groups. Results There were no statistical significant differences in the pretest scores between the two groups in both scales. However,in the posttest of psychological health inventory of middle-school students,it showed lesser scores in paranoid [( 1. 80 ± 0. 73) vs.( 1. 98 ± 0. 72) ],maladjustment [( 1. 70 ± 0. 66) vs.( 1. 94 ± 0. 66) ],and emotional imbalance [( 1. 93 ± 0. 67) vs.( 2. 15 ± 0. 71) ] in the experimental group and the differences was statistical significant differences. Furthermore,in the posttest of the middle school student's social adaptation scale,it showed higher scores in interpersonal relationship [( 104. 80 ± 13. 23) vs.( 96. 98 ± 15. 50) ],code of conduct [( 83. 94 ± 15. 49) vs.( 78. 84 ± 13. 05) ],environmental adaptation [( 73. 48 ± 13. 19) vs.( 69. 00 ± 12. 23) ],and psychological resources [( 81. 72 ± 19. 11) vs.( 77. 13 ± 16.63) ] in the experimental group and the differences were also statistical significant differences.
