南京大学生城镇居民医保政策知晓水平及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解大学生对居民医保政策知晓情况及影响因素,为制定相应大学生医保制度提供参考。方法根据"南京市大学生医保指南"自行设计调查问卷,采取多阶段分层整群抽样,调查了南京地区12所公办高校2 536名在校大学生,统计分析大学生对医保政策的知晓水平和影响因素。结果 45.7%的大学生不知道自己应纳入城镇居民医保,对大学生医保政策内容16个问题的总知晓率为17.9%,每张问卷得分在60分以上者的构成比为17.7%。经检验,对医保认知有统计学差异的有:是否医学生(回归系数=-0.107,P=0.016)、年级(回归系数=0.069,P=0.028)、对医保作用的评价(回归系数=0.387,P=0.005)和1 a内有无住院(回归系数=0.260,P=0.039)。结论大学生对居民医保的认知度偏低,并受有无医学背景、年级、对医保作用的评价以及1 a内住院情况的影响。需多方努力提高大学生对医保的认知,并重点关注非医学生、低年级、认为医保无作用以及未住院者。Objective To understand awareness on urban resident basic medical insurance among college students,in order to provide reference for medical insurance system. Methods Questionnaire according to ＇Health Guide for College Students of Medical Insurance in Nanjing＇ was implemented among 2 536 college students in Nanjing whom were selected by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling. Results About 45. 7% of college students didn＇ t know they should be brought into the basic medical insurance for urban residents. About 16 items on the policies of college students＇ health insurance,correct rate was 17. 9% on average.Medical students and non-medical students（ B =- 0. 017,P = 0. 016）,grade（ B = 0. 069,P = 0. 028）,evaluation of function of medical insurance（ B = 0. 387,P = 0. 005） and be in hospital within a year（ B = 0. 260,P = 0. 039） had effects on the awareness of urban resident basic medical insurance. Conclusion Awareness on urban resident basic medical insurance among college students need to be improved,which might be influenced by major,gender,grade,mensal consumption,evaluation of the basic medical insurance and hospitalization experiences. Provision of essential basic education should be encouraged in colleges.
