摘　　要：食品包装亟待实施生态设计,对基于EUP指令的食品包装生态设计的内涵、要求及实施体系进行了研究。分析指出了食品包装生态设计具有全生命周期设计、源头设计、能源(资源)设计、生态包装材料设计和生态参数设计等5方面设计内涵;研究了制定食品包装生态设计的要求指标;提出了食品包装应按照"工具-技术-方法"的思路构建由软硬件平台(工具)、技术支撑(技术)和设计程序(方法)系统构成的食品包装生态设计实施体系,并论述了实施体系中各系统涉及的具体要素及其内涵。Based on the European Union EUP directive,it＇s urgent to apply ecological design of food packaging and research its connotation, requirement and implementation system. In this paper five aspects of connotation was pointed out ：the source of life cycle design, source design, energy design, ecological packaging materials design and ecological parameters design.Food packaging requirement index was studied, the implementation system of software and hardware platform, technical support and design program was proposed in accordance with the ＂tools-technology-method＂ ,and specific elements and connotation involved in the implementation system was expounded.
