摘　　要：通过对马铃薯主粮化概念进行分析解释,以期帮助人们正确认识马铃薯主粮化行为,通过对马铃薯主粮化的意义和发展现状的阐述,分析制约我国马铃薯主粮化发展的因素,同时提出加快马铃薯主粮化发展步伐的相关建议。This paper focuses on analyzing the concept of the potato staple foods,to help people correctly understand the behavior of the potato staple foods,and then through the elaboration of the significance and development status quo, the limiting factors in the development of the potato staple foods are analyzed,and then some countermeasures are put forward.
