摘　　要：以当今世界政治、经济和科技发展的新形势为背景,分析了新时期高校德育的工作现状,通过对高校德育理念、内容、方法、途径以及体制与机制创新的研究。分析认为:高校德育工作需要加强新时期高校德育创新的具体措施、确立新理念,更新内容和方法体系,开辟新途径,完善新体制,形成新机制。Under the background of today＇s politics,economy,science and technology development in the world,based on the research of concept,content,method,way to moral education in colleges and universities as well as system and mechanism innovation,the author analyzes the current work of the moral education in colleges and universities during the new period. And he thinks that the moral education work in colleges and universities need to strengthen moral education,put forward the concrete measures of innovation,establish the new idea,update the content and the method system,open up new ways,new system and form a new mechanism.
