元认知与英语专业四级词汇教学初探

摘　　要：元认知作为一种对学习本身的认知和控制能从根本上帮助学习者监管自己的认知活动,英语专业四级考试的重要环节就是词汇的准备。但是学生们除了简单的机械性重复很难有更好的办法。因此元认知与英语专业四级词汇的结合就为大学英语专业的学生提供了很好的学习方法,更能帮助学生通过英语专业的四级考试。Metacognitive as a kind of cognitive learning and control itself can learn fundamentally help monitoring their cognitive activities. An important part of English specialized four levels of tests is that the vocabulary preparation. But in addition to mechanical simple repetition the students is very difficult to have a better way. Therefore metacognition and English specialized four levels of vocabulary provides a good way of learning for university students of English,which can help students to pass TEM4.
