目的论视角下政府网站的英译策略

摘　　要：翻译"目的论"认为,翻译行为所要达到的目的决定整个翻译行为的过程,该理论使翻译标准变得多样化且更具灵活性,尤其对于政府网站的应用文体翻译实践及其策略具有一定的指导意义。从目的论出发,本文分别从编译,摘译,改译等翻译方法,通过列举实例,说明目的论在指导该类文本的应用,为该类文本翻译提供新的思路。Skopos theory of translation holds that the purpose of a translational act determines the whole process of the translation,making the criteria of translation diversified and flexible. It has a certain guiding significance on translating practice and its strategies of the practical writings on the government websites. Guided by Skopos theory,this passage lists practical examples translated by using translation method such as edition,reduction and remodeling to present the application of the skopos theory in guiding such texts and proposes the new ideas for translating them.
