摘　　要：PBL教学法与案例教学相结合,发挥两种教学方式的优势,即可以强化基本理论知识的学习,提高学生自主学习的能力;又可以从案例教学中探索疾病发生发展的病理生理学过程,从问题到思考,从理论到临床,达到深化理论强化实践的真正统一。In order to bring into full play its advantages, it has been integrated the problem-based learning（PBL） and clinical case. The new teaching model can either strengthen learning the basic theoretical knowledge or exaltation the abilities of the homeschooling. It also can help the students to search for the process of the development on the pathophysiological processes. During the process, it can make the real unify from theory to clinic and intensify theory to practice.
