美国加州社区学院师资建设的启示

摘　　要：美国加州社区学院系统是全美第二大社区学院系统,该系统教育理念先进,教学质量高,特别是在教师的招聘、培养、考核和认证上有一套成熟的制度和方法。深入研究社区学院的师资对完善我国高等职业院校师资建设制度,提高办学水平有一定的借鉴意义。California community college system is the second largest community college system. With its advanced educational theory and quality, it has a set of mature system and methods for its teachers＇ recruitment, training, evaluation and certification. A deep reaseach on the teachers in this community college is helpful as a reference for improving the building of teaching teams and enhancing the schooling level and the teaching quality in our country＇s higher vocational colleges.
