摘  要:主题教育活动作为高校思想政治教育的重要途径,必须坚持"以人为本""因材施教",才能提高思想政治教育的实效性、针对性。在了解教育对象的基础上,将教育对象划分为不同层次,制定合适的教育目标,有针对性地开展多种类型的思想政治主题教育活动,帮助学生实现个性化发展,有效实现思想政治教育的育人功能。As an important way of ideological and political education,thematic education activities must adhere to"putting students first"and "teaching students according to their aptitude"so as to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the ideological and political education in universities. On the basis of understanding the education objects,the objects of education are divided into different levels for which educators formulate appropriate education objectives and carry out a variety of types of ideological and political thematic education activities that suit students to help students realize their personalized development and effectively realize the education function of ideological and political education.
