摘　　要：知识经济时代需要创新型人才,高校作为创新型人才培养的重要基地,必须拥有一支富有创新意识、创新思维和创新能力的高素质教师队伍。笔者在分析高校创新型教师的内涵和素质要求基础上,提出培养创新型教师的几点对策。The era of knowledge economy needs creative talents. As an important base for innovative talents training, colleges and universities must have a team of high quality teachers with innovative consciousness,thinking and abilities. Based on an analysis of the necessary components and qualities of innovative teachers,the author put forward several strategies for cultivating innovative teachers.
