基于差异化教学的高校思政教师角色定位及能力提升

摘　　要：优化高校思政课教学质量和教育效果关键在教师,在高校思政课上践行差异化教学也对教师提出了更高的要求。文章基于差异化教学对高校思想政治理论课教师角色进行了深入剖析,也从内外两个维度对如何提升教师素质以适应差异化教学要求提出了可行性建议。The key to improving the quality and effectiveness of university politics lessons lies on the teacher who is facing more and more challenges when he puts individual differetinted instructing into practice. This paper made a thorough analysis of university politics teachers＇ role set and responsibitity first, and then put forward some advice for improving the teacher＇s quality and ability so as to help those teachers to adapt themselves better to individual differentiated education environment.
