摘　　要：采用DNS法测定甲酸预处理甘蔗渣过程中还原糖含量,对影响DNS法的因素进行了比较研究,确定了最佳的检测条件:检测波长494 nm,显色剂用量1.5 m L,显色时间5 min,在优化的检测条件下DNS法能获得良好的检测结果。Based on DNS method, we have determined the reducing sugars content from bagasse which was pretreated with formic acid. The factors influencing on the DNS method are studied , and the optimum condition of detection was also determined ：wavelength 494 nm;chromogenic agent 1.5 mL;chromogenic time 5 min, Under the optimum conditions, good results can be obtained based on DNS method.
