摘  要:目的掌握湖南省居民主要消费的淡水鱼品种中香港海鸥菌的污染状况,为防止食源性香港海鸥菌感染的发生和流行提供科学依据。方法于2013年6月-2014年7月随机采集长沙、岳阳、怀化、郴州地区共4家水产批发市场和4家超市淡水鱼共计437份,采用改良头孢哌酮麦康凯琼脂进行培养,分离可疑菌株,经革兰染色、生化实验、荧光PCR进行确诊。结果在437份淡水鱼中共检出香港海鸥菌阳性23份,总阳性率为5.26%,其中阳性率鲤鱼的最高为17.33%,草鱼的为10.13%,鲶鱼的为3.28%,其它淡水鱼未检出,未发现有地域性差异。结论湖南省市售淡水鱼中存在香港海鸥菌污染风险,相关监管部门应加强监测和预警。Objective To investigate the status of contamination of commercial fresh-water fishes by Laribacter hongkongensis in Hunan Province so as to provide scientific evidence for preventing L. hongkongensis-associated foodborne infection. Methods A total of 437 fresh-water fish samples were randomly collected from 4 aquatic product wholesale markets and 4 supermarkets in Changsha,Yueyang,Huaihua and Chenzhou from June 2013 to July 2014,and L. hongkongensis was isolated by modified Mac-Lonkey Agar( with cefoperazone added),and then identified by Gram staining,biochemical tests and fluorescence PCR. Results L. hongkongensis was detected in 23 samples,with a total positive rate of 5. 26%. The positive rates of L. hongkongensis in carp,grass carp and catfish were 17. 33%,10. 13% and 3. 28% respectively,but no regional differences were observed. Conclusions Commercial fresh-water fishes in Hunan Province are at risk of contamination by L. hongkongensis,and the relevant surveillance departments should strengthen the monitoring and early warming.
